Q: Do the window squeegees leave streaks on glass? A: No, our squeegees feature smooth, high-quality rubber blades that glide evenly across glass, removing water and grime without leaving streaks or residue.
Q: How do I care for my cleaning tools to make them last longer? A: Mop heads should be washed after use and air-dried. Cloths can be machine-washed (avoid bleach). Squeegees should be wiped dry after use to prevent rubber blade damage.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? A: Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of payment, provided they have not yet been processed or packaged for shipping. After this window, orders are finalized, and changes are no longer available.
